There is much strength for this circuit because it benefits of exceptional snow and the off-trail opportunities are prodigious and the mountain landscapes of Charlevoix are of an incredible beauty

Program :5 days and 800 km of snowmobiling in the mountain

No snowmobile experience is required but you need to have a valid driving license for car or motorcycle.

Day 1 : Arrival

We pick you up at the Quebec airport or in the city center at your convenience. We drive to the cottage ‘’ Nord Expe Adventure’’ in the warm atmosphere or solid wood. You’re only 35 minutes from the Quebec City but already in the nature. Just enough time to sit down and take into account your equipment for the trip, and your sitting with a welcome drink in front of a fireplace. Your night is spent at the cottage.

Day 2 : Snowmobile : 100 km on trails and off-trails

A good night’s rest followed by a hearty breakfast! At this point, we will also give you a waterproof bag for the duration of the stay, filled with a few personal belongings for the rally. Your guide welcomes you to the usual formalities followed by a brief description on security, driving techniques, trails code, and your itinerary of the day. Getting to know you snowmobile on the course of this first day. The evening is spent at the ‘’Nord Expe’’ cottage.

Day 3 : Snomowbile 230 km on trails

The next day promises rich landscape and some 230Km around….

Day 4 : Snomowbile 150 km on trails and off-trails

Third day travelling by snowmobile towards Chalevoix for a lunch break and driving further south through the mountains of Charlevoix. Arriving in afternoon at the Pourvoirie of Lake Moreau, very beautiful lodge in log.

Day 5 : Snowmobile 100 km on trails and off-trails

Last day of snowmobile for a return to Quebec and the Beaupre coast for a possibility of off-trail by a route through the wildlife reserve of the ‘’Laurentides”! Arriving in afternoon at the hostel ‘’Miscoutine’’ former Quebec farm where good food and location have a great reputationThe evening is spent at the ‘’Nord Expe’’ cottage with a head full of beautiful images of the adventure.

Day 6 : Snowmobile 170 km on trails and off-trails

Last day of snowmobile for a return to Quebec and the Beaupre coast for a possibility of off-trail by a route through the wildlife reserve of the ‘’Laurentides”!
In the evening departure from Quebec city for your hostel.
 

Day 7 : Departure from Québec

Visit or simply go on to your return flight. (We can advise you on other winter activities).

PRATICAL INFORMATIONS

Options :

  • Dogsledding (day 6) (1h30 to 2h00) : 109$/person
  • Room : single occupancy : 348$
  • Smaller guarantee (part) : 190$ for a 550 cc (total guarantee = 1250$)

Level family to athletic :

  • No snowmobile experience is required but you need to have a valid driving license for car or motorcycle.
  • A good physical condition is necessary
  • Need to be 19 of age to sign on the rental contracte location de la motoneige

Guides :

  • Professionnal guides, rescue graduates and spécialists of survival in remote areas.

Luggage :

  • Your suitcase or any other heavy equipment will be kept at the cabin on the morning of your departure. We will give you a waterproof bag of 40L for your luggage.
