Registration / reservations :
The customer must have an understanding of the information and skills defined on our website or that can be sent via mail upon your request.

To confirm your sport, all reservations must be accompanied with a deposit of 30% of the total amount including taxes (not including cost of flight). The total amount must be received no later than 30 days before your departure date. The full amount is due when you register within 30 days of your departure date.

Cancellation :
We strongly advise you to verify that you obtain cancellation insurance or verify your coverage for cancellation with your financial institution.

Cancellation penalties :
• More that 30 days = $150
• Between 30 and 21 days before departure = 35% of the total amount including taxes
• Between 20 and 8 days before departure = 50% of the total amount including taxes
• Between 7 and 2 days before departure = 90% of the total amount including taxes
• Less than 2 days before your departure or a no show 100% of the total amount including   taxes 100% of the total amount including taxes

We strongly advise that you consider the cancellation policies outlined above when making your travel arrangements.

Nord Expe will not be responsible for :
• Registration errors or for customers missing their flights
• A delay by air, by train or other means of transportation under any circumstances
• The lack of documentation or identification or invalid/expired ID.
• Customers cannot claim compensation from the travel agent or organizer if their reason   for cancelling the program is due to weather related conditions (snow, storm, ice…) or for   reason related to the safety of the travellers.

Modification :
Following modification could not be subject of any refund :
• Modification from the client during the travel or renouncement from the client to services
• Itinerary modifications which could occur for different reasons: weather, route status,   partial incapacity in the group, always decided for the safety of the participants.
• Modification of scheduled places to stay de which could be exceptionally replaced by   other of similar category or superior depending on the availabilities

Price :
Nord Expé could modify its prices in case of higher costs from furnishers. Prices could not modified by Nord Expé within 30 days previous departure. In case of a variation superior of 10%, clients already registered could cancel without penalties excepted reservations costs, administration and transmission.

Insurance :
We advise you to contract insurance for travel risks via our partners on our Web site or verify with your insurance agent and your bank institution if your present policies covers the risks of the practice of a motorised recreational activity in Canada.
